With Stephanie Quirk Level 3
“From the Ground Up: Evolution through Experimentation” is a four part workshop series that will be conducted by Stephanie Quirk over the course of 2025.
Stephanie spent over 20 years in India studying and working with the Iyengar family at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute. During this time she gained extensive knowledge of and experience with yoga therapy. Based on this experience, Stephanie has a deep understanding of adjustments and modifications that help individuals work with the body they have, so they can find balance and freedom in each pose.
These 4 workshops are aimed at experienced practitioners, teachers and trainees …anyone who wants to deepen their understanding and application of the rich science that is Iyengar Yoga.
Workshop 1: Saturday 25 January: 2-5pm Workshop 2: Saturday 31 May: 2-5pm Workshop 3: Saturday 30 August: 2-5pm Workshop 4: Saturday 29 November: 2-5pm
This is a hybrid event…you can attend in studio or online.
