Retreat to the beautiful medieval town of San Quirico D’Orcia, Tuscany, for a 7-day Iyengar Yoga retreat with Helen Willoughby (Director of Ballina Yoga, NSW).
Arrival is on the evening of Sunday, 13 September for daily pranayama, yogasana and restorative classes and visits to local attractions. This is our second retreat to this location which is about 45 minutes drive from Sienna and just 10 minutes from historic Bagno Vignoni which features thermal baths and spa treatments.
Our local hosts will provide some traditional Tuscan vegetarian meals and support with logistics. We can also advise on accommodation and transport options.
Cost is $1400 and includes yoga, some meals and transfer costs to local attractions.
