The retreat days start with a beach side sunrise meditation. The chef arrives with breakfast so you get to enjoy morning light on the water. Often we see dolphins and there is usually a few sea eagles about. Many students have a swim and a walk before coming to the morning asana class at 9.30am. Lunch is served in the native gardens of the studio and students retire for a rest or another walk on the beach or in the national park. The afternoon yoga practice is restorative and includes pranayma and meditation. A light evening meal is served on site and students are asked to practice silence until after the morning meditation.
Students must have a minimum of 1 year (current) experience. All practice equipment is supplied, including for the sunrise meditation on the beach, we have beautiful mandala mats that keep us comfortable on the sand.
