Spend a weekend immersed in Iyengar yoga in a Zen-inspired venue, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains. The program includes restorative yoga on Friday evening, morning pranayama and meditation and two long asana sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
Lou has been teaching for 5 years and recently obtained her Level 1 certification in Iyengar Yoga. She has been running retreats for the past 2 years and created this program to offer time away from daily routines for deeper, more integrated practice.
The retreat is fully residential, with nourishing vegetarian meals provided. It is open to all levels.
