Arrive Tuesday, September 1st, and depart Wednesday, September 9th, 2027. It is recommended not to arrive on a late evening flight as Amed is a 3-hour drive from Denpasar. If you choose to arrive a few days earlier and are staying elsewhere, we will arrange a common pick up spot to meet and a coach will then transport us to Amed.
Once we arrive at the venue on Tuesday afternoon, we’ll settle in, do a little yoga to stretch out after the drive, and then share a welcome dinner together.
Then we’ll start each morning at 7 a.m. with a 40-minute pranayama class, followed by a short break for a dip or a cuppa or both. The asana class will start at 8.30 – 10.15am each day including Wednesday of our departure. Brunch is included and will be after asana.
In the afternoons, the restorative class will be 4.30-6pm except Saturday, which will be free. This day is an opportunity to explore a little further a field or do whatever takes your fancy.
