This course includes Anatomy Physiology 25 hrs. 250 hrs of contact time inclusive of A&P course.
The Teacher Training intensive is designed to immerse you in the practice and teaching of Iyengar Yoga. It will provide a sound foundation for your understanding and teaching ability.
If already teaching, it will be a refresh of essential considerations of being a practitioner/teacher of Iyengar Yoga.
The theme of this course is traditional values and understanding with contemporary application in accordance with the needs of our era.
