This Iyengar Yoga and Mindfulness retreat is suitable for all levels of experience. It will be held at the stunning and secluded Sangsurya Retreat Centre. Nestled into the lush forest, Sangsurya is just a 10 minute drive from Byron Bay and a 20 minute walk through National Park to Tallow Beach. Sangsurya has been a treasured sanctuary for many in the Buddhist community for over 30 years and we feel very privileged to be holding a retreat here.

Immersed in our unique program of yoga and mindfulness, with ample 'free' time to engage in nature, you will experience moments of profound connection within yourself, to those around you and to the world we all share.

Retreat includes 5 nights accommodation (single or twin/double rooms), three delicious vegetarian meals per day, twice daily yoga and twice daily mindfulness classes.

Sangsurya is accessible from either Coolangatta or Ballina airports. Airport transfers are not included but airport shuttles are available and can drop you off at the retreat itself.

Arrive Friday 31 May from 1.30pm for a 2pm program start. Program ends 12.30pm on Wednesday 5 June.
