To go into the heart of our land, to sit in her centre, stretching ourselves into the silence outside - to find the silence within. We are surely held by the spirit of our place, that which is deep and abiding. We don't have the oldest living race by accident, we are part of something so profound. Let us enter the space and listen, in silence, quietening what so disturbs our own centre.... and become available, by yoga practice, silence, sitting and encouraging a tranquil heart; a relaxed body.
There is accommodation available on-site and nearby. There are some single cabins and shared accommodation, as well as swag accommodation if you would like to bring your own.

The deposit of $1000 holds your place. Please indicate your accommodation preference by choosing the appropriate deposit name in the retreat link below. The cost options differ depending on accommodation choice and are inclusive of yoga, and food (all vegetarian meals), as well as accommodation.
Prices do not include travel costs.
Accommodation options: 5x Camping with your own swag - $1,625 total 5x Shared accomodation $1,850 total 5x Single accomodation $2,225 total.
Schedule 7-8 am: sitting walking sitting 8.15-9.45 am: yoga 4-6 pm: sitting, walking, restore, breath, conversation circle.
