Nozawa Onsen is a small traditional village surrounded by breath taking views of mountains and valleys. There are temples and shrines to explore, many indoor and outdoor baths in which to relax – or an opportunity to sit back and watch daily life in a small Japanese village.

You will receive individual attention and instruction – and the Retreat is suitable and caters to all levels. Those new to yoga are most welcome!
