A 7-day Iyengar yoga immersion and cultural retreat in the beautiful Tuscan village of San Quirico d'Orcia, Italy.

This northern Autumn retreat starts on Monday 16 September (arrival Sunday 15 September) and finishes on Sunday 22 September 2024.

Daily meditation, yogasana and restorative sessions combined with visits to local attractions including natural thermal baths.
