This 3 day retreat will focus on yoga asanas and pranayama in the Iyengar hatha yoga style.
This Retreat/Workshop is for students who want to deepen their understanding of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing), taking their practice to a new level. Each session will build asanas and breathing techniques following the classical Iyengar style of sequencing through standing poses, forward bends/twists, backbends as well as inversions and pranayama. Each session will focus on particular aspects of a pose or the breath and the way the body creates structure building one’s ability to observe the body and mind deeply.

Cost
Early Bird: $300 by May 15th
Non-Early Bird: $350
Deposit $100 by May 25th

• 2 1/2 days of yoga asana and pranayama
• Students are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation. Palm Cove has many resorts, airbnb, or apartments near the studio
• Palm Cove is a 30 min taxi or shuttle ride from the airport.
